Citi Mortgage Update: 3rd Party Authorization Short Sale Form now requires 3rd parties contact information

August 26, 2012

Citi Mortgage has recently made an update to the way they handle 3rd Party Authorization Forms for Short Sales.  The 3rd Party Authorization Form must now include the name, address and contact number of the third party who will be submitting and discussing your short sale with Citi.  Since Citi Mortgage does not have their own 3rd Party Authorization Form, be sure to add this information to the form that you have created or have been directed to sign by your realtor or attorney handling your short sale.  This little tip could save you valuable processing time for your short sale.
